Our winter seasonal special, inspired by Mr Fezziwig's Christmas Parties from 'A Christmas Carol'. A festive fizz to fill you with Christmas Spirit. Dehydrated Figs, Orange, Blackberries with Cinnamon, perfectly balanced with an infused sugar blended with Honey, Caramel & Sea Salt.

Infused Sugar blended with Honey, Caramel & Sea Salt.
Infuse With
Infuse with Dark Rum or Brandy, refrigerate for a minimum of three days. Once ready to serve, pour 50ml into a Champagne Flute and top up with a half and half mix of Prosecco & Lemonade.
